Internationally known artist Kenneth Webb was born in London in 1927 and grew up in Glouctershire on the Welsh border. He was educated in Bristol Grammar School, Lydney Grammar and School of Art where he obtained HSC and Slade Scholarship.

  • In 1949 his works were first shown at the Royal Academy in London
  • In 1953 he was appointed Head of the Painting School, Ulster College of Art.
  • In 1954 Arts Council, Belfast.
  • In 1957 he founded the Irish School of Landscape painting and has since lectured at the Tate Gallery, Victoria and Albert Museum and the National Gallery London.
  • In 1962 Hendirks gallery, Dublin.

Outside of Ireland he has had shows in London , Jersey, Washington D.C. and Toronto.
