SOLO ARTE launch a confined 20 unit investment plan which will guarantee 6 of the 20 investors a large Arthur Maderson oil on board painting with no financial outlay, average size 110cm x 80cm with a valuation from approx. €8,000, while allowing reasonable time to source a suitable investment painting.

The conditions are as follows:

• Investment capital €4,000.
• Each investor will receive a personal guarantee, together with a voucher to the value of € 4,000 which can be offset against the purchase of any similar sized Arthur Maderson painting of their choice which will be sourced directly from the artist or against a painting of any other artist work for sale on our Solo Arte website www.soloarte.ie.
• An investor can request to have a suitable painting set aside for a period of 3 months for consideration.
• The investor will have the option of paying 8 monthly instalments of €500 from the 1st February, 2010 until 1st September, 2010 or an investment of €4,000 in full by the 1st March, 2010.
• Any monthly instalment winning investor may not collect their painting until the investment sum of €4,000 has been paid in full.
• The investor will qualify for 6 confined 20 unit draws from April - September 2010.
• Each monthly winner can select 1 from a choice of 3 Arthur Maderson paintings.
• Each of the 20 investors will receive a number from 1 - 20.
• The selection system will be based on the first number drawn from 1 - 20 on the Irish National Lottery main draw on the last Saturday of each month commencing in April 2010. A winning investor will automatically be eliminated from the following draws.
• Should no number from 1 - 20 feature in the main Irish National Lottery draw on the last Saturday of any given month the first 2 numbers drawn from 1 - 20 in the following month will be deemed the winning numbers and so forth.
